Mission

Greenfield Farm Writers Residency will serve songwriters, playwrights, and screenwriters. Greenfield will host poets, novelists, and non-fiction writers. Greenfield Farm will be a place to write. Not just a place for writers. If you’re a teacher at work on a book, Greenfield is for you. If you’re a scientist or painter, writing to reach new audiences, Greenfield will serve you.

Greenfield Farm will also serve students who are composing theses and completing projects. Faculty will work here to turn dissertations into books. Staff will retreat here to develop big ideas. Research fellowships will pair time in archives with time at Greenfield Farm.
